How long does it take to receive a custom or re-created piece?

I will have your order ready within 3 weeks. I am often able to get pieces completed sooner.
How will my piece be shipped?

I use USPS standard shipping with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number. Expedited delivery with priority mail is $5.00 extra.
When do I pay for my custom order?

I collect a deposite equalling one half of the quoted price. This is a non-refundable deposite. Once the order is approved by the purchaser, I will bill the remaining balance through PayPal Invoicing. Full payment is due prior to shipping.
When will my custom order be shipped?

Your custom order will be shipped once the remaining balance is paid. Same day if payment is received before 12:00 noon EST. Otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.
When will an order that is in stock be shipped?

All in stock orders will be shipped on the day that payment is received if order is placed before 12:00 noon EST. Otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.
What is Fine Silver

Fine Silver is 99.9 percent pure silver. It contains very little if any copper which makes it a softer metal than Sterling Silver. Tarnishing is rarely a problem with Fine Silver due to the lack of copper. Fine Silver is ideal for earrings, pendants.
